FAQs

  • Nothing! As an Artist, Juke is free to use. Listeners will be charged a small transaction fee to submit requests. Artists keep 100% of their earnings.

  • Limited Mode gives Artists control over the number of requests they want to accept.

  • Juke can be used for any and all songs that you enter into your songlist, including originals – we’d love to hear what you’ve been working on!

  • Juke can be used to generate audience input before, during, or after your show. Use can use it to start taking requests before your show, receive tips during your show, and followup with your audience with email content after your show.

  • We provide you with everything, no cost. Venue Referral Partners will receive their own customized venue signage after 5 shows using Juke.

  • We batch our payments to pay out every Tuesday. Payments are sent to PayPal or Venmo accounts.

  • In Charity Mode, listeners are charged automatically, whether their song is performed or not. The Artist gets to select and display who the money will be raised for as well as the percentage they would like to donate. The Artist is responsible for donating the money once their payout from Juke is received.

  • If you are performing in Limited Mode (meaning you put a cap on the number of song requests you will accept in a given performance), customers will not be charged until you mark their song as played. If you chose not to play it, they will not be charged. However, if you are performing in Unlimited Mode, then customers are charged automatically.

You can always put a high number of requests you will accept and increase them throughout your gig if you decide to prevent charges for songs that aren’t played.
